I absolutely love Bing's Christmas recordings. I think they are among the greatest ever of any artist who recorded Christmas classics and standards.
Possibly my favorite in this category is Hark The Herald Angels Sing. His voice is perfect as always, rich, emotive, deep, clear... just awe inspiring. There is no singer like him alive today.
And the backing vocals, the choir, the orchestra and the organ. Its a treasure!
Can anyone give me a link to a full discographical summary of the piece? When did he record it? Where? Who played what and who arranged it and all that?

Recorded 5 Oct. 1962 as part of a medley. Orchestral and Choral arrangements by Bob Thompson, Jack Halloran and Peter Matz

My favorite "non White Christmas" Christmas recording that Bing made was "You're All I Want For Christmas". It is pretty forgotten now. Frankie Laine also made a decent recording of it.

You're All I want For Christmas was one of the first non-White Christmas songs of Bing I "discovered" back when I first got interested in Bing's music. I thought and still do think this was one of Bing's nicest recordings, Christmas or not.
Funny when you're first listening to music from an artist and you hear one you've never heard before (as are most of them when you're new) you think you're the only one who's heard it. I guess because it's one you don't hear on radio even back then. I only heard it first when I bought one of the only 2 Bing Christmas albums (before CD times) that were available back then. It was on the album that didn't have White Christmas on it (off hand I don't remember the name of it).

Here's a belated comment on Bing's Christmas songs. I love the 'new' Bing at Christmas... with the London Symphony Orchestra CD.
