This is a very interesting question, yet it's quite hard for me to answer, since there are so many albums by Bing I like that it's difficult to pick just three! Here's a video I recorded a few months ago in which I discuss my 8 favorite albums by Bing:
Malcolm Macfarlane and I also recorded a podcast last Christmas in which we talk about our favorite Bing albums. It's a little lengthier than my video, but here it is in case anyone is interested:

Actually Bung's first album that wasnlt made up of singles was "Beloved Hymns" in 1951, "Le Bing" from 1953 was his second, i can't think of any top 3 favourite albums because Bing actually made quite a few outstanding albums which demonstrated his versatility but two albums that should be essential for anybody's collection are "How The West Was Won" and "Great Country Songs" as Bing showed a great feeling for Country and Western music sometimes those albums are overlooked.
