Dear all,

Last Thursday I was interviewed by local radio personality Kevin Bartholomew for the show 30 Minutes on WCMT Radio, Martin, Tennessee, about Bing Crosby on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Bing's passing. You may find the whole interview here:

I briefly discussed Bing's life and career and his importance in world music and culture in the 20th century, and I also talked about the International Club Crosby. I had a little slip of the tongue though, which I hope everyone will be kind to overlook: when discussing the Kraft Music Hall radio show, I mentioned that its weekly audiences could be counted "in the tens of thousands," when of course, I meant "in the tens of MILLIONS."

Anyway, any excuse is good to talk about Bing and his important legacy, so I hope you enjoy the interview! Any comments about it will be appreciated! http://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/happy.png
