I'm reading StuartĀ Nicholson's book Ella FitzgeraldĀ (Victor Gollancz, London, 1993) and on page 115 he writes that Time-Life-Fortune, documentary film makers, shot a film with Ella and her trio at the Decca offices on West 57th Street, New York, in 1948 with a release date scheduled for 10 June. 'Also in the film were Guy Lombardo, Bing Crosby, Eddy Duchin and the Corn Cobblers.' Has anyone more information about it?
