Many great acts have appeared on the Royal Variety Performance over the years. Just wondered if Bing ever did? I know Bop Hope appeared a few times. Thanks!

Not so far as I am aware.
I believe Bing had agreed to appear in the November 1977 performance but we know what happened in October on that Spanish golf course..
Addition
Malcolm Macfarlane refers to it in "Day By Day" , September 1977 here

There is also the Royal Variety Charity page here.
It states "Bing Crosby had been billed as joint compere with Bob Hope, but sadly he died just five weeks before the performance. Evidently affected by the loss, Bob Hope nevertheless went ahead with the show, and paid tribute to 'a man who meant an awful lot to me and awful lot to the world. He was the greatest entertainer of them all." Kathryn Crosby, Bing's widow, was in the audience and stood up to take the tribute for her husband."
