If the measure is of pure success I suppose it is a claim that might have suppport but it would be truer if the headline were "Most Successful - - -".
What really would be "Best"? and what would be the measure? Could agreement ever be reached? So much influences ideas and opinions - the quality of the music - of the lyric - how the two come together, the effect on emotions and many other measures come together. A source for fruitful discussion but agreement is unlikely.
