Al Bowlly and Bing Crosby
Angel Radio - a local community station with an Internet feed - here has a programme devoted to Al Bowlly and Bing Crosby, presented by Jim Reilly, a name well known to many Crosby fans.
On another thread I have bemoaned the fact that so many singers had the label 'The Canadian/ British/***/ Crosby' thrust on them.
Here Jim actually plays some of the same songs recorded by both Al and Bing. - 'Learn to Croon', 'Buddy, Can You Spare A Dime', and 'Dinah' amongst them.
