Does anyone know if this show will ever be released on dvd? And does anyone have a nice copy of it? I can't even watch the tape someone made for me years back, it's a terrible copy.

Interesting question. I don't think the show has ever been officially released in any form. A small fragment or two have appeared in other compilations. Nicoley, who occasionally contributes to this board, has posted three items that I can identify as from the show on Youtube but there could be more - use this link
but collectively they only amount to something under ten minutes. Possibly he has more in his large collection?
This is the Pasadena show recorded on March 3rd 1977 when Bing fell and injured his back. It was shown on 20th March.
If you go back 50 years from March 1977 you get to a point where Bing had already been active in the recording studio for some months.
