I'm not a golfer and don't know what it means but hope it's respectable.
Subtitle is
"Hay Bing, just take the whole box golf balls out to range, it will save you
coming back every 30 minutes and leave more time for you to practice your golf swing."

The photo comes from 1943 and was taken in support of the scrap rubber drive. See Bing Crosby - Day by Day - June 15, 1943 on the BING magazine web site.
