Interesting that the song is shown as "In The Shadows" but it is really "Shadow Waltz".

I checked with John Newton and he said:
"My estimation is that this and the other one are merely later 1940's or later acetates of Bing's Brunswick recordings. ... This type of disc was not yet in use at the time that Bing might have sung these songs over the radio. ... I would guess that "In The Shadows" is probably "Shadow Waltz". Acetates of Bing's Brunswicks were at one time circulated amongst collectors because they couldn't find originals and acetates were cheaply produced. Even back in the 60's I remember older collectors giving me a few such acetates... well before many of the Brunswicks were re-issed on LPs, et cetera."
