Rights dispute over Hogan's Heroes
The Hollywood Reporter contains a report about a dispute over writer's rights - 'separated rights'.

We should remember that Bing sold Bing Crosby Productions in 1967 so it is the prsent owners who will be involved in this legal action.

Hogan's Heroes was still being produced after 1967. A VHS tape I have of two episodes includes one from 1966 and one from 1968. Incidentally, the tape shows the copyright holder as CBS Video, though it was distributed by 20th Century Fox (www.foxhome.com).
