Here is the third edition of my look at Bing's career. This episode is Bing: The Early Decca Years from 1934 to 1939. I hope you enjoy it, and it's not too boring for you!

This is one of my favorite Bing's periods.
I do thing it is the begining of Bing's most significant chapter as a singer.
So many great gems!
Thank you for putting this together, it was very exciting to listen to it.
I always thought that Bing's first Decca record was Just a Wearying for You, but I Love You Truly is a wonderful song, Bing loved this recording, he sung it to his good friend Bill Morrow and Mary Henderson the day the got married in 1955. Morrow was perhaps Bing's best friend in the 1950s.

Also I loved hearing the show with Al Jolson and Dixie Lee. She was marvelous in it. Thanks for posting it.
I don't think that the song has ever been released on its own in YouTube and it is a fine recording.
