Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Does anyone know who is producing these videos?  They seem to be done in a common style.

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Having just watched all of the single song videos, I believe they are cute but do not really enhance the splendid recordings of the fine songs.

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Bing will have another new music video!
It will be "Mele kalikimaka" cartoon made by the same artist as "Winter Wonderland" video.
Now we need to wait until December 1st to see the result.
Here is some information:https://www.facebook.com/44544738326/videos/371512593942564/(There is said: "Catch the new wave of this Bing Crosby, Andrew Sisters Holiday classic! The complete animated short debuts on Facebook Watch December 1st!")
I think that it will be rearry nice!)))
Really the New Year and Christmas started early this year (because of the presents (this videos) we got and will got later)!)))

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Hmm.  I kept waiting for the cartoon to start, it never did, just that one picture as the song plays out.  That wasn't an "animated video" it was a picture.  I guess after their White Christmas politically correct depression fest they gave up.  I did like Winter Wonderland though, it was bright and cheery, only wish the same could be said for the other.   Funny the Sinatra Christmas videos were all bright and cheery, no political correctness in those.  The Sinatra people know what they're doing.

The actual animation is exclusive to Facebook Watch as of now along with a Nat King Cole The Christmas Song one.

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Excuse me, I haven't watched this video, before posting the link (it was early in the morning and I was in a hurry, I think you can understand me).
And thanks for information, ModernBingFan0377!
But don't you agree that the music and the song are amazing?
I think it really is!))))

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Another nice video. It's good, I think, to see Bing Crosby involved in this trend of recent years.

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Boy it's nice to see Bing's great Christmas songs finally represented in a video format.   I've really liked every one I've seen except that awful Wokeified White Christmas video.  They sure ruined a perfect opportunity to turn Bing's signature Christmas song into a thing of beauty instead of an overboard politically correct piece of nonsense.   I hope they scrap that one and re-do White Christmas again this time doing it right, maybe even with my favorite version of Bing's White Christmas the 1955 recording made for the Christmas Eve "Around The World" broadcasts.   But all of the rest have been really nice.

I am actually fine with the White Christmas one outside of some of the elements, although you ever notice in that animation that the hand positions and mouth positions of Bing seem tailored for a pipe? Personally the "The Little Drummer Boy" one is somewhat disappointing to me in some aspects, as it doesn't really fit the song too much in my opinion, however the different references to Bing in it are unrivaled by any of the other animations.

Re: Winter Wonderland Animated Music Video to Premiere Tomorrow

Nice videos. I somehow missed last year's offerings so checked them all out this morning. Really nice work, a bit more creative than some of these animation jobs I've seen for "legacy" music. The Winter Wonderland one was quite clever and I thought I'll be Home For Christmas was effective.

White Christmas was surprisingly good I thought, with a willingness to put the song in a wartime context that I'm sure newer listeners may not be familiar with.

The only one that left me a bit cold was Drummer Boy, but I've also never been particularly fond of that song either (any version, not just Bing's). All in all, very nice efforts though.
