Newspaper report that the Spelling mansion is up for sale and looks like being sold for $150 million.
In a report it says the mansion sits on the land that a house that Bing Crosby owned. Bing's house was pulled down and this mansion built.
Bing's house at Pebble Beach, I think, is on the market or is valued at about $24 million (if I remember correctly)
