Wow--I remember watching this when I was a kid. I was pretty hooked on the Warner Brothers cartoons and watched them over and over on Saturday mornings in the mid 70's.
I knew, at the time, that this was supposed to be Frank Sinatra, but I don't think I had any idea that the parrot was Bing.
