Some of you may remember that a version of this song by Bing appeared on one of Crosbyana LPs some years ago. It was assumed that it was a rehearsal with Buddy Cole and I seem to recall that a 1956 date was given on the LP. Well, the song appeared on eBay recently - see
So it would appear that it was planned to use it in the film "Say One for Me". There was a scene where Bing sings "I Couldn't Care Less" with Ray Walston on the piano so it could have been used in that. However it was not used so we can only guess.
