I have been a Bing fan since my teens. But if you had to recommed the best Bing recordings for a newbie fan, which ones would you suggest?

Well if you are looking for an overview of his hits, I would say the box set of Bing Crosby: The Legendary Years, put out by Decca/MCA would be great. If you wanted to hear the later Bing, I would recommend his Seasons album or A Southern Memoir Album. For some great jazz, I highly recommend the album he did with Louis Armstrong.
I miss the days of being a new collector. I am in my late 30s now, and I have been collecting Bing since 1980. I loved the excitement of a new find. If I can help you with your collection in any way, please feel free to shoot me an email.
