Tiny Little Fingerprint

An oddity this. Never recorded by Bing but performed just twice by him on radio in 1935 on Kraft Music Hall.

I don't think any recording of those performances survives, yet the sheet music of the time features Bing on the cover. i suppose Messrs Tobias Newman and Stept had hopes that broadcast would lead to record.

Currently for sale on ebay here http://www.ebay.com/itm/1935-Bing-Crosby-Tiny-Little-Fingerprints-/200655189664?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2eb7fb36a0

Ebay currently lists a surprising number of items of sheet music featuring Bing. An area of collecting I have hitherto neglected  - - - I wonder if I can find some space somewhere  - -

Re: Tiny Little Fingerprint

Jimmy Dorsey and His Orchestra did make a recording of the song in 1935 with their great girl vocalist Kay Weber doing to singing.

Looks like the ears were 'pinned back' along with 'Brylcreem, a little dab will do you'.
