That is good news. I recall visiting it in 1983 after attening the annual Tribute in Tacoma of the Bing Crosby Historical Society which was organised by those stalwarts, Ken Twiss and Frank McMahon, but I don't remember whether I went inside. At that time I believe it was used by Gonzaga University, possibly for alumni activities. What became of Bing's home in Tacoma, which the BCHS was trying to raise funds to purchase?

It was still there when I visited the area some years ago. It was owned by a private individual and there was a plaque on the steps.
