Recent review of Dr Cook's Garden and link to the film
I found a recent article on the film and a link to the film. I did not watch it all but it appears uncut.
Also towards the end of the article the author sites Stephen Kings thoughts about the film.

Thank you Benclink. I can't recall when I last saw it. It was shown on Aussie TV screens in 1971 and repeated six times from 1973 to 1977.
