Our old friends at Star Spangled Radio Hour have come up with Bing from KMH of 24 December 1942.
Stream it or download for later listening from here.
They follow that up with Command Performance from the same date.

It seems that the Command Performance show was unique in two respects - it was broadcast simultaneously over the main (competing) networks, and it was broadcast to the "home" audience. This and much other information comes from the two hosts of Star Spangled Radio Hour.
