Hello,
There is a site that I have made great use of to bolster my Bing Crosby collection!
This is a site that offers free music downloads in partnership with your local library. I believe it is USA based only and your local library has to participate. If they do you sign up with your local library and can download a certain amount of songs each week.
It's a large music library including a lot of most recent releases (i.e. Adele, Miley Cyrus etc.) but it is extensive with lots of Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley, etc. that is available. There is a fair amount of Crosby available here including the "Through The Years" collection.
If you're in the USA, certainly worth checking to see if your local library participates!
