Anne Hopper
I was sad to learn that Anne Hopper of Radio Cumbria, who played a lot of Bing for many years in her regular weekend shows with music of the 40s and 50s, presented her last programme on 15 April. You can still listen to it for the next few days using the following link:
Fortunately John Lipscombe who already filled in for Anne Hopper from time to time in the past carries on with the show.
