The History of Christmas Chart Toppers

I was interviewed by Ciaran O’Connor of Dublin’s 98FM station in December for a documentary called The History of Christmas Chart Toppers, which looked at all the iconic Christmas number ones throughout the years, as well as other notable Christmas songs, and the stories behind them. Ciaran mainly wanted to talk about “White Christmas” but I led him into other Crosby Christmas songs including the Bing ‘n’ Bowie duet. It played out on air 4 times over Christmas and got a great response. The documentary has since been released as a podcast and can be heard at…

Part 2 - https://www.98fm.com/podcasts/98fm/story-christmas-chart-topper-part-2
The Bing segment is at the beginning.

Re: The History of Christmas Chart Toppers

There's no doubt about it, Malcolm is a fantastic ambassador for the memory of Bing Crosby and this is just another example of how he acquaints people with how Bing influenced modern music.
