Welcome to Crosby Fan World, Phil.
The two tracks you mention were on an LP limited to 1000 copies and sold primarily as part of a fund raising drive for Old St Mary's Church, San Francisco.
Copies were also included in a privately circulated CD a number of years ago, so they're not exactly easy to come across.

I was in San Fran a couple of months ago and got to St. Mary's.
Just for the hell of it I asked in the shop if they still had the CD that Bing made for the Church.
They said that they think they did have some. However, none were
displayed in the gift shop.
It could be worth a call to ask them.
