I guess I found the correct link / As my previous posts indicate,I have been researching more information about Bing's road gigs.while not at all disregarding Malcolm's EXCELLENT findings,I do find a lack of understanding from other internet posts,noting especially that CAB CALLOWAY post ,cleared up by Malcolm on a previous post,that found the Calloway post finding Bing,in FILM,not in person ,with the touring Calloway.Hopefully,the Calloway post will take note of Malcolm,and correct it..There are also other questions that perhaps people like Malcolm or Gary Giddins ,who have the better resorces,can answer./More so, I found a BILLBOARD ,dated April 23,1932 noting that bing was booked for a gig at the Saeger Theatre in New Orleans on June1,1932.Malcolm has Bing in the Minnesota Theatre at this time,It is safe to assume that Bing's New Orleans booking was cancelled? / Also,Malcolm notes impromptu gigs.Perhaps there were more,of this (1929-34_era?
