I've added a photo of the contents of Bing's landmark 1954 Musical Autobiography 5-LP set with booklet.
Gee, that photo brings back some memories. When that LP set was introduced in Australia in 1955 an EMI executive was quoted as saying 'When we heard the Crosby discs we knew they were good but we wondered if anybody would pay twelve pounds for four hours of Bing...We need not have worried. We can sell as many of these as we can make'. It was later reported that more than 20,000 copies had been sold, achieving Gold Record status here.
